The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible providing a wonderous dining experience for our guests. 

About the role:

  • Supervise day-to-day bar operations, including rostering, breaks, task delegation, training, and product knowledge

  • Lead and uphold a seamless, high-energy bar service that reflects the venue’s standards

  • Oversee the guest experience at the bar, resolving issues promptly and professionally to exceed expectations

  • Manage bar stock levels, ordering, storage, rotation, and stock control

  • Work closely with On-Premise Management to deliver bar-led promotions and activations

  • Ensure all liquor licensing and RSA compliance requirements are met at all times

  • Coach and develop the bar team to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and equipment upkeep across all bar areas

  • Ensure the bar is always well presented, with signage, displays, and menus current and aligned with brand standards

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a bar environment

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue

  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and set clear expectations

  • Guest-focused with a genuine passion for bar service and hospitality

  • Passionate about team development and mentoring

  • Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Available to work a rotating 7-day roster
